How to access the account?
To get started, you need to go to the dedicated Aeromexico website. It is from there that you can log in to your account and manage your reservations.
Once on the login page, you must enter your booking reference and last name to log in. The reservation reference is a unique code consisting of six characters which is assigned to each reservation. It’s usually in your confirmation email or on your ticket. Be sure to enter the exact same characters as provided to avoid any problems accessing your account.
