Its dedicated team provides comprehensive assistance, guiding you from the airport to the boarding gate. This includes support for going up and down stairs to the cabin, as well as personalized assistance to your seat on board.

How to make a request for assistance?

Make your trip easier by easily requesting special assistance when booking online. You have the option to submit your request via the “My booking” section after your ticket is issued, for maximum flexibility.

Knowing that you can communicate your request (for the transport of passengers with special needs) 20 days before the flight, you should know that the deadline for submitting your request is 72 hours before departure.

Flight check-in

For passengers with reduced mobility, check-in must only be carried out at the airport. It is recommended to arrive at least one hour before the check-in deadline. This additional precaution ensures that specific needs are adequately addressed and ensures a smooth boarding process.
